Bi-Rite Market is around the corner on 18th Street for inspiration. Listen to music and podcasts on 8-inch in-ceiling stereo pair speakers in each of six rooms — three bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen — via the Sonos app on your smartphone. Brighten or dim each room's architectural pendants and flush lights via the Lutron app on your smartphone. Soothe in the verdant backyard with raised deck, BBQ grill, deck couch and chairs, dining table, and native plant landscaping. Marvel at the Edwardian-era building finishes including cove ceilings, crown molding, and wainscoting.
Other Details to Note
The Guest Annex is the middle of three flats above the ground floor parking garage. The other two units are owner-occupied. Please be considerate of all building residents. The in-unit Miele brand laundry washer and dryer are located in the kitchen nearest the back door. Full calendar month stays preferred by host.

Live as a local adjacent to San Francisco's beloved lively Dolores Park, two city blocks of grass fields, flower gardens, tennis courts, a children's playground, and singular views across the park to downtown and the bay. Dine at the 18th Street corridor fine food purveyors including Bi-Rite Market and Creamery, Delfina Pizzeria, Flour+Water, and Tartine Bakery. Or choose the Valencia Street corridor, home to more beloved restaurants like Lazy Bear and Commonwealth, cafes including Four Barrel and Ritual, bars like Zeitgeist and Beretta and singular boutiques like 826 Valencia's Pirate Supply and Paxton's Gate for peg legs, raccoon bones, et al. Still more destinations await in nearby Castro, Noe Valley, and Mission neighborhoods.
Guest Access
All listed interior rooms and spaces are private and exclusive to the guest. Guests will enter through a security gate, climb the front stoop steps to the private front door. The backyard is shared with the owners of the two other units within the building.
Location
Guest arriving by car may park one car in our secure garage. Additional cars may either park on Dolores Street as available at no cost or park at the nearby secure Mission Bartlett Garage. Please the Mission Bartlett Garage website for current rates. Adventurous guests are encouraged to explore all of the city by bicycle, electric bicycle, or MUNI to deepen their San Francisco experience. The MUNI J-Church line stops at Dolores Park for a short ride to SOMA, Embarcadero home to Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Park and all other city locations. The BART stop at 16th and Mission is a stroll away for East and South Bay commuters.
