The location of the Perch is unbeatable. It is immediately next to the beautiful Dolores Park, surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants, and walking distance from the BART station. The places was clean and nicely decorated. It offered plenty of amenities, even for someone like me that stayed for a month. Rob is also very responsive and helpful for whatever you might need. I highly recommend this place!

As a travel nurse that's constantly on the move, The Perch was such a soft wonderful place to land. It rests above Mission Dolores Park and has a wonderful view, some nights you can see fireworks from the balcony. The space and design is as pictured. It provides space and privacy. I recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

This little Airbnb is incredible! Possibly one of my favorite I've stayed at. You get to see gorgeous views of the sunrise when you wake up in the morning and step onto the porch. The location is unbeatable - literally right across from Dolores Park with a delicious cafe and breakfast spot next door that opens at 7am. I will absolutely try to stay here again next time I visit San Francisco - if it's still available!

Prime location, perfect for a quick getaway! The place was great, and I appreciated the extra fans. Cooled off quickly after the sun went down and the fog came in - perfect sleeping temperature. The location is totally walkable from the 16th street BART station, which is great. Alternatively, you can take Caltrain to 22nd; easy to catch a ride to/from there (2nd to last stop if you're coming up from the peninsula), which is what I did. Anyway, love the space, love the area. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful! A little oasis in the center of the city! Rob's place is in a great neighborhood, right off the park and lots of things to do / places to eat, but the loft itself is quiet and calm, with a fantastic deck and views. Rob was a great host to me and my guests, quick to reply and easy in communication. Highly recommend!

Loved this little perch in the trees. Rob is one of the best hosts ever! He communicated promptly and had so many helpful links and ideas for things to do and explore. It’s a perfect location across the street from the park! It was perfect that he let us store our luggage after checkout! That was a huge plus!!
