The location of the Perch is unbeatable. It is immediately next to the beautiful Dolores Park, surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants, and walking distance from the BART station. The places was clean and nicely decorated. It offered plenty of amenities, even for someone like me that stayed for a month. Rob is also very responsive and helpful for whatever you might need. I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at the Green room and found everything to be clean and very comfortable and we were grateful for the communication of the hosts. We would stay again if we find ourselves back in San Francisco. Mahalo to Rob and Amy.

Awesome and colorful home!! I say home because it felt exactly that. Amy is wonderful - I interacted with her a couple times, she was very very helpful. I'd love to be there for my next conference too.

This place was perfect! Everyone got to have their own comfortable rooms, the beds insured that we had good night sleep. It was nice to share the living area. Very quiet neighbourhood but yet close to pretty much everything. Thank you!!

We had a great stay! The location is fantastic for exploring the city and a the home is a great stay for a group. We had some issues with lock and accessing the home, but Rob was responsive and mentioned they will be changing the locks soon.

As a travel nurse that's constantly on the move, The Perch was such a soft wonderful place to land. It rests above Mission Dolores Park and has a wonderful view, some nights you can see fireworks from the balcony. The space and design is as pictured. It provides space and privacy. I recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

This house was perfect for our trip! It's quirky, and fun, and located in the most ideal location and neighbourhood! Just up a hill from the Mission, we had so much fun exploring the city from Rob's place, and would absolutely come back! The room was clean and bright, the common areas and bathroom were (also clean), colourful and comfortable. This is a great place to stay if you have a few days in San Francisco!!

This is such a rare gem in the heart of the city. You’re walking distance to Dolores park and so much to do. The apartment is so colorful, fun, and intentional. Hosts: Rob and Amy were beyond accommodating and lovely. I instantly felt at home and was grateful for the experience. Highly recommend for solo travelers in SF. It was perfect!

We stayed at Rob’s place for a month due to repairs in our home. The Victorian is spacious, clean, well equipped - a real SF gem, super close to local favorites like Tartine, Bi-Rite and Craftsman and Wolves. And, of course, right in front of Dolores Park! Communication with Rob was great.
